Net Zero Cape and Islands Roundtable
Cape and Islands Net Zero is designed to introduce the Net Zero goal to clean energy advocates and their allies across the region, showcase a large number of clean energy success stories on the Cape and Islands, and strategize next steps toward achieving this long-term goal. Keynotes will be provided by Max Holmes of Woods Hole Research Center and Emily Norton, Director, Sierra Club Massachusetts. Project presentations will include electric vehicles (autos, metro buses and school buses) and charging stations, solar canopies, an electric-peered floating classroom, battery storage projects, an annual youth climate summit, a faith communities climate action network, a four-town clean energy collective, green construction, a green marina, green energy aggregation and the municipal green communities process.
A continental breakfast and a box lunch was provided to all participants.
