Join the Cape Cod Climate Change Collaborative to kick off its 2022 Climate Conversations series with local climate action leaders from across the region. MC’d by Rich Delaney, President and CEO of the Climate Collaborative, and Moderated by Former Massachusetts Senator Rob O’Leary, the event features four regional climate activists — from Aquinnah, Chatham, Falmouth, and Truro — who will share stories about:
- How they got started…and why
- Effective organizing strategies (from experts and novices alike!)
- What worked, what didn’t, lessons learned, and accomplishments large and small
- Working with and connecting with citizen climate groups, municipal committees, elected officials, businesses, and nonprofits
- How to connect with citizen activists in your town…and the region
- Resources to help move the climate needle in your community
The moderated panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A and a wrap-up by the Cape Cod Climate Change Collaborative.
